Reflection for Palm/Passion Sunday 2017

Join Fr Russell Pollitt, SJ, as he reflects on Palm Sunday. Palm Sunday invites us to journey with Jesus in this most sacred week of the Church’s year. Fr Russell looks at how we can be fickle, as was the crowd that cheered for Jesus today and shouted “Crucify him” just a few days later. He also looks at the person of Judas and how we can be like Judas in our dealings with others. Finally he reflects on the challenge to hear prophetic words.

You can find the texts in your bible. Read them and then join Fr Russell and listen to the reflection: Matthew 21:1-11; Isaiah 50:4-7; Psalm 22; Philippians 2:6-11 & Matthew 26:14-27:66

For the Season of Lent we have also included a meditation after the reflection.
