On this fourth Sunday of Lent we are privy to a secret conversation, which happens at night, between Jesus and Nicodemus. Jesus speaks to Nicodemus of the need to experience the presence of God and to offer oneself to God.  The conversation encourages us not to be afraid to reflect on our lives, but to think more deeply about the meaning and authenticity of life.  Lent is a time to experience the presence of a loving God – our friend, lover, lord and saviour.  A time to rest in the Lord, knowing that he does not condemn us.
