Join Fr Russell Pollitt, SJ, as he reflects on the readings for the Fourth Sunday of Easter. This week we reflect on Jesus, the Good Shepherd. It is also called “Vocations Sunday”. In the First Reading from the Acts of the Apostles Peter is so passionate that his words “cut to the heart”. In the Gospel Jesus tells us that he is the Good Shepherd. Fr Russell suggests that listening, caring and our willingness to good deeds are fundamental to living life with the passion and the depth of fulfilment Peter displays. The question: “What direction is your life taking?” is, perhaps, the key question put before us this week.

You can find the texts in your bible. Read them and then join Fr Russell and listen to the reflection: Acts 12:14,36-41; Psalm 23; 1 Peter 2:20-25 & John 10:1-10.
